30 Days Returns
You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
- Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibilty of the customer.
- Return delivery costs for a faulty, or incorrectly supplied item will be the responsibility of Wallis and Jazz. We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Wallis and Jazz is not responsible for returns that are not received.
- Sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.
Completing a return
A returns form is included with every order. Simply complete the returns form and include it inside your return delivery package. Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Wallis and Jazz does not currently offer exchanges, however, can issue a credit note for your returned item with our 30 day Returns Policy as above. If you would like an alternative style or size, you can then easily use your credit note to make a new purchase.
- Select credit note on your returns slip included within your parcel.
- Credit notes are issued, and refunds are initiated within 4 business days of Wallis and Jazz your return.
- You will receive a credit note emailed to you for the value of the returned garment/s (minus shipping)
- Credit notes are final and cannot be redeemed for a refund once requested or initiated. Credit notes are issued with a 6-month expiry from the date of issue.
Once Wallis and Jazz receives your return:
- Please follow your return tracking details to monitor your return delivery to Wallis and Jazz.
- Refunds and credit notes are processed within 4 business days of your return being received.
- If you paid via card, funds take 5-7 business days to securely process.
- You will receive a courtesy email update from Wallis and Jazz as soon as your refund or credit note has been initiated.
